Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Visa* Prepaid Cards
With these cards, we honour the individual effort, family and community support that goes into the realization of any athlete’s dream to compete at the highest levels possible.
For those of us that are not athletes, or simply enjoy sports as a hobby, we too can celebrate in the joy and tears, the ecstasy and the agony, the national pride and individual exuberance in competing in an event such as the Olympics on our home turf.
Our goal with this project is to engage everyone in the international event that surrounds us.
Our 10 original card designs contain hand drawn images against a customized background that was commissioned exclusively for this project. By not using a specific athlete or venue, we hope all of our cardholders can in some way see themselves, their efforts, their own community, and the pride of our country in these images.
